Theo Thông báo số 1560-TB/TU do Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh Nam Định Lê Quốc Chỉnh ký ban hành, Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh đã đồng thuận triển khai dự án xây dựng tuyến đường trục cảnh quan kết nối Nam Định với khu vực Di sản – Cố đô Hoa Lư (Ninh Bình), theo đề xuất của Đảng ủy UBND tỉnh.
Tuyến đường này là một trong những dự án hạ tầng chiến lược của tỉnh, nhằm thúc đẩy liên kết vùng, phát triển kinh tế – du lịch, đồng thời khai thác và tôn vinh giá trị văn hóa – lịch sử đặc sắc giữa hai tỉnh Nam Định và Ninh Bình.
Dự án có tổng chiều dài khoảng 43,8km, bao gồm:
Tuyến chính dài 20,7km, thiết kế theo tiêu chuẩn đường cấp I đồng bằng, vận tốc 120km/h, mặt cắt ngang 130,5m với 6 làn cao tốc và 8 làn đường đô thị hai bên. Tổng mặt bằng giải phóng lên đến 200m.
Các tuyến kết nối có tổng chiều dài 23,1km, mặt cắt ngang 71m, thiết kế theo tiêu chuẩn đường đô thị, 8 làn xe.
Tổng mức đầu tư ước tính 29.000 tỷ đồng, dự kiến huy động từ nhiều nguồn: ngân sách tỉnh, đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất hai bên tuyến và các nguồn vốn hợp pháp khác. Thời gian triển khai trong giai đoạn 2025–2030.
Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh yêu cầu quá trình thực hiện phải bảo đảm tuân thủ quy hoạch sử dụng đất, tránh chồng chéo với các dự án hiện hành, đồng thời rà soát đầy đủ các yếu tố pháp lý, tài liệu và nguồn vốn.
Với thiết kế hiện đại và mục tiêu kết nối khu vực trung tâm tỉnh Nam Định với Cố đô Hoa Lư, một trong những điểm đến du lịch trọng điểm phía Bắc, tuyến đường này được kỳ vọng không chỉ tạo đột phá hạ tầng, mà còn mở ra không gian phát triển mới về kinh tế, dịch vụ và du lịch cho cả vùng đồng bằng sông Hồng.
Tiến độ triển khai Tổ hợp dự án Thép xanh gần 100.000 tỷ của Xuân Thiện tại Nam Định
Tổ hợp dự án này bao gồm: Nhà máy gang Thép số 1 Xuân Thiện Nam Định, Nhà máy Thép xanh Xuân Thiện Nghĩa Hưng và Nhà máy sản xuất cấu kiện bê tông đúc sẵn Xuân Thiện Nam Định.
Nam Định khởi công 1.100 căn nhà ở xã hội
Hôm nay (19/5), tỉnh Nam Định sẽ chính thức khởi công dự án nhà ở xã hội Bãi Viên tại phường Mỹ Xá, TP.Nam Định. Đây là một trong những dự án trọng điểm trong chiến lược phát triển quỹ nhà ở xã hội của tỉnh giai đoạn 2021–2030, nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu nhà ở ngày càng tăng cao của người lao động, công nhân, viên chức và người thu nhập thấp trên địa bàn.
