UBND TP. Hà Nội vừa chính thức điều chỉnh nội dung giao đất cho Công ty CP Đầu tư Xây dựng và Phát triển Thương mại Mê Linh để triển khai dự án Eco Riverside, mở ra kỳ vọng về một khu đô thị sinh thái ven sông hiện đại ở cửa ngõ phía Bắc Thủ đô.
Ngày 5/6, UBND TP. Hà Nội ban hành Quyết định số 2806/QĐ-UBND, điều chỉnh một số nội dung trong quyết định cũ của UBND tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc từ năm 2005 – thời điểm Mê Linh vẫn chưa sáp nhập về Hà Nội. Theo đó, thành phố giao 12.594 m2 đất tại thị trấn Chi Đông (huyện Mê Linh) đã hoàn tất giải phóng mặt bằng cho doanh nghiệp để xây dựng khu dịch vụ và biệt thự, nhà vườn sinh thái ven sông.
Dự án được cập nhật lại theo quy hoạch tổng thể tỷ lệ 1/500 đã được Sở Quy hoạch - Kiến trúc Hà Nội phê duyệt đầu năm 2023, phù hợp với quyết định điều chỉnh chủ trương đầu tư của UBND thành phố ban hành tháng 1/2024.
Với tên gọi Eco Riverside, dự án kỳ vọng sẽ tạo dấu ấn mới cho Mê Linh, khu vực đang ngày càng thu hút đầu tư nhờ hạ tầng được cải thiện và dư địa phát triển còn lớn. Vị trí dự án được đánh giá thuận lợi khi nằm sát các tuyến đường lớn, gần sông, lại thuộc vùng phát triển trọng điểm phía Bắc Hà Nội.
UBND TP. Hà Nội yêu cầu chủ đầu tư phải tuân thủ nghiêm túc các quy định về quy hoạch, môi trường, phòng cháy chữa cháy; không được tự ý chuyển nhượng dự án khi chưa có sự chấp thuận của thành phố. Sau khi hoàn thành nghĩa vụ tài chính, doanh nghiệp sẽ được cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất.
Đáng chú ý, thành phố cũng giao nhiệm vụ cho các sở, ngành liên quan rà soát nghĩa vụ tài chính, bàn giao mốc giới thực địa, đồng thời kiểm tra, giám sát việc thực hiện đúng mục đích sử dụng đất, đảm bảo quyền lợi của người dân có đất bị thu hồi (nếu có).

Thị trường bất động sản Hà Nội sắp chứng kiến một cuộc đua lớn khi UBND TP Hà Nội chính thức phê duyệt kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà đầu tư cho dự án Khu đô thị cao cấp Mê Linh, triển khai tại ba xã Đại Thịnh, Thanh Lâm và Mê Linh, huyện Mê Linh.
TASECO chính thức triển khai dự án hơn 3.200 tỷ đồng tại Mê Linh, Hà Nội
Thông tin từ UBND huyện Mê Linh cho biết, Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư bất động sản TASECO (Taseco Land) đang thực hiện các thủ tục đầu tư dự án này trong năm 2025.
