Theo đó, đại đô thị này được giao cho Công ty CP Đầu tư và Phát triển Bất động sản Tượng Lĩnh, một doanh nghiệp có địa chỉ tại Hà Nam.
Dự án được triển khai trên địa bàn 3 đơn vị hành chính gồm phường Tượng Lĩnh, phường Tân Sơn và xã Nguyễn Úy, với tổng vốn đầu tư lên tới gần 14.000 tỷ đồng. Khu đô thị mới này dự kiến sẽ là nơi an cư của khoảng 27.346 người, thời gian thực hiện kéo dài từ năm 2024 đến 2030.
Theo kế hoạch, dự án sẽ cụ thể hóa các định hướng trong Quy hoạch chung đô thị Kim Bảng đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2050; đồng thời, hiện thực hóa quy hoạch phân khu tỷ lệ 1/2.000 khu đô thị, du lịch, dịch vụ phía Tây (PK5). Mục tiêu là tạo dựng không gian sống hiện đại, kết hợp chỉnh trang khu dân cư hiện hữu theo hướng đô thị hóa, phát triển đồng bộ hạ tầng và cảnh quan đô thị phía Tây thị xã Kim Bảng.
Bất động sản Tượng Lĩnh – chủ đầu tư dự án là cái tên còn khá mới mẻ. Doanh nghiệp này được thành lập từ tháng 12/2018 và vừa có bước tăng vốn mạnh vào tháng 3/2025, từ 686 tỷ đồng lên 2.460 tỷ đồng. Hai cá nhân là Nguyễn Danh Thắng và Phạm Trường Thăng hiện đang nắm giữ mỗi người 50% cổ phần công ty.
Taseco Land lập công ty con tại Hà Nam
Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Bất động sản Taseco (Taseco Land, mã chứng khoán TAL) vừa thông qua nghị quyết Hội đồng quản trị về việc thành lập Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Taseco Hà Nam với vốn điều lệ dự kiến 720 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, Taseco Land góp 576 tỷ đồng, tương đương 80% vốn điều lệ, trở thành công ty mẹ sở hữu chi phối.
