Nghệ An: 34 dự án nhà ở xã hội với gần 28.000 căn hộ đã “chốt” chủ đầu tư

Nghệ An đang nổi lên là một trong những địa phương đi đầu cả nước về phát triển nhà ở xã hội.

Trong số này, 34 dự án đã lựa chọn được chủ đầu tư, tương ứng gần 28.000 căn hộ, còn lại 7 dự án (khoảng 8.000 căn) đang trong quá trình tìm chủ. Các dự án đều được quy hoạch đồng bộ hạ tầng kỹ thuật và xã hội, từ nhà trẻ, trường mầm non, chợ cho đến trung tâm thương mại, nhằm đáp ứng trọn vẹn nhu cầu sinh hoạt thiết yếu của người dân.

Ngày 16/8, tại Hội nghị sơ kết về phát triển nhà ở xã hội 7 tháng đầu năm 2025, ông Lê Hồng Vinh – Phó Bí thư Tỉnh uỷ, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nghệ An cho biết, chỉ riêng trong năm 2025, Thủ tướng Chính phủ giao Nghệ An xây dựng 1.420 căn hộ. Tuy nhiên, tỉnh đã vượt xa chỉ tiêu: đến nay hoàn thành 2.381 căn, dự kiến cả năm đạt 2.517 căn.

Trước đó, giai đoạn 2021 – 2024, Nghệ An cũng đã bàn giao 1.675 căn thuộc 3 dự án nhà ở xã hội, nhà ở công nhân, góp phần thực hiện Đề án “Đầu tư xây dựng ít nhất 1 triệu căn hộ nhà ở xã hội cho người thu nhập thấp, công nhân khu công nghiệp giai đoạn 2021 – 2030”.

Đáng chú ý, UBND tỉnh đã công khai danh mục dự án có nhu cầu vay vốn từ Chương trình tín dụng 120.000 tỷ đồng trên Cổng thông tin điện tử, tạo điều kiện để các ngân hàng áp dụng chính sách cho vay ưu đãi cho chủ đầu tư.

Trong 5 tháng cuối năm, Nghệ An sẽ tiếp tục đôn đốc, thúc đẩy tiến độ các dự án đang triển khai, nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành và đưa vào sử dụng đủ 2.517 căn hộ trong năm nay – vượt xa mục tiêu Thủ tướng giao.
