Các đại biểu thực hiện nghi thức khởi công tuyến đường nối từ đường 23B đi Cảng Chu Phan
Tuyến đường có chiều dài 9,52km, mặt cắt ngang 22,5m, đi qua 7 thôn trên địa bàn xã Tiến Thắng và xã Yên Lãng. Dự án do liên danh nhà thầu đứng đầu là Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư xây dựng đô thị và thương mại Hà Nội thực hiện, đảm nhận thi công xây dựng và đảm bảo an toàn giao thông.
Theo quy hoạch, tuyến đường đóng vai trò là trục giao thông chính của xã Tiến Thắng, đồng thời kết nối trực tiếp với khu vực Cảng Chu Phan, nơi đang được nghiên cứu phát triển như một đầu mối logistics phục vụ vùng phía Bắc Thủ đô.
Tuyến đường khi hoàn thành sẽ tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho hoạt động giao thương, vận chuyển hàng hóa, rút ngắn thời gian kết nối từ xã Tiến Thắng ra các trục chính như Quốc lộ 23B, tuyến đường Vành đai 4 – Vùng Thủ đô, đồng thời kết nối đến khu vực cảng và trung tâm logistics đang hình thành.
Tiến Thắng không phải là cái tên xa lạ với giới đầu tư đất nền thời gian gần đây. Ngay từ đầu năm 2025, nơi đây đã trở thành một trong những “điểm nóng” đấu giá đất của Hà Nội, đặc biệt tại điểm đấu giá DT-01, nơi giá trúng có lúc đạt tới 55 triệu đồng/m2, gấp 6-10 lần so với giá khởi điểm. Cơn sốt đấu giá này phần nào phản ánh kỳ vọng về sự bứt phá hạ tầng và tốc độ đô thị hóa của vùng đất mới.
Đây là xã mới được hình thành trên cơ sở sáp nhập từ nhiều xã cũ của huyện Mê Linh, hiện nay thuộc thành phố Hà Nội. Với diện tích hơn 36km2 và dân số trên 64.000 người, đây là một trong những xã có quy mô lớn tại Hà Nội sau đợt sắp xếp đơn vị hành chính năm 2025.

Dự án đường Vành đai 1 đoạn Hoàng Cầu – Voi Phục được cam kết sẽ về đích trong quý 4/2025. Thông tin được ông Nguyễn Phi Thường – Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng Hà Nội đưa ra tại phiên chất vấn Kỳ họp thứ 25 Hội đồng Nhân dân TP Hà Nội sáng 9/7.
Hà Nội chốt lịch xây 4 cây cầu lớn vượt sông Hồng
Hà Nội đang tăng tốc hoàn thiện bản đồ hạ tầng khi 4 cây cầu trọng điểm – Trần Hưng Đạo, Ngọc Hồi, Vân Phúc và Thượng Cát sẽ lần lượt khởi công từ tháng 8 đến tháng 10 tới. Đây là loạt công trình có vai trò chiến lược trong việc kết nối đa trung tâm, giảm tải cho nội đô và thúc đẩy phát triển đô thị hai bờ sông Hồng.
