Tại huyện Nghĩa Hưng, phiên đấu giá đầu tiên sẽ diễn ra vào sáng 23/6 do Trung tâm Dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản tỉnh Nam Định phối hợp với Phòng Tài chính - Kế hoạch huyện tổ chức. 115 lô đất tại khu tái định cư và dân cư tập trung thôn Đò Mười, xã Nghĩa Sơn sẽ được mang ra đấu giá. Các lô có diện tích từ 84,5m2 đến 149,3m2, giá khởi điểm dao động từ 10 đến 12,1 triệu đồng/m2, tương đương mỗi lô đất có giá từ hơn 975 triệu đến hơn 1,7 tỷ đồng.
Cũng trong ngày 23/6, phiên đấu giá buổi chiều tại xã Nghĩa Lạc sẽ tiếp tục đưa 211 lô đất ra sàn. Diện tích các lô từ 88,8m2 đến 245,3m2, với giá khởi điểm từ 6 đến 15,4 triệu đồng/m2, tương ứng mỗi lô có giá từ 532,8 triệu đến hơn 2,5 tỷ đồng. Cả hai phiên đều áp dụng hình thức đấu giá trực tiếp một vòng, bỏ phiếu kín theo phương thức trả giá lên. Người tham gia cần nộp hồ sơ trước 17h ngày 18/6 tại Trung tâm Dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản tỉnh Nam Định hoặc UBND các xã liên quan.
Tại huyện Hải Hậu, vào sáng 26/6, Công ty Đấu giá Hợp danh Xuân Trường sẽ phối hợp với Phòng Tài chính - Kế hoạch huyện tổ chức đấu giá 169 lô đất tại khu dân cư tập trung xã Hải Quang. Các lô có diện tích từ 87,3m2 đến 288m2, giá khởi điểm từ 5 triệu đến hơn 9,3 triệu đồng/m2, tương đương mỗi lô dao động từ 600 triệu đến hơn 1,5 tỷ đồng. Hồ sơ tham gia đấu giá được tiếp nhận đến 17h ngày 23/6. Phiên đấu giá cũng được tổ chức theo hình thức bỏ phiếu trực tiếp một vòng, phương thức trả giá lên, diễn ra tại hội trường UBND xã Hải Quang.
Được biết từ tháng 4 đến đầu tháng 6, Nam Định đã tổ chức nhiều đợt đấu giá quy mô trung bình đến lớn (từ hàng chục đến gần 170 lô), phân bổ tại các huyện trọng điểm: Trực Ninh, Vụ Bản, Giao Thủy, Xuân Trường, Ý Yên.
