Vốn huy động qua trái phiếu Chính phủ vượt 170.000 tỷ đồng sau 5 tháng
Các trái phiếu phát hành trong tháng chủ yếu có kỳ hạn 10 năm, chiếm tới 83,8% tổng giá trị (tương đương 15.131 tỷ đồng), bên cạnh các kỳ hạn khác gồm 5, 15 và 30 năm. Lãi suất trúng thầu tại phiên cuối tháng ghi nhận xu hướng tăng nhẹ so với cuối tháng 4, lần lượt đạt 2,41% (5 năm), 3,08% (10 năm), 3,20% (15 năm) và 3,30% (30 năm).
Tính đến ngày 30/5, tổng giá trị niêm yết TPCP trên thị trường thứ cấp đạt 2.367.448 tỷ đồng. Giao dịch trong tháng duy trì đà tăng, với giá trị giao dịch bình quân đạt 13.917 tỷ đồng/phiên, tăng 11,22% so với tháng trước. Giao dịch outright chiếm tỷ trọng lớn với 69,63%, trong khi repos chiếm 30,37%.
Đáng chú ý, nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tiếp tục có động thái tích cực, mua ròng 284 tỷ đồng, chiếm 3,26% tổng giá trị giao dịch toàn thị trường.
Trên thị trường thứ cấp, lợi suất TPCP có sự phân hóa rõ rệt. Mức tăng mạnh nhất ghi nhận ở kỳ hạn 25–30 năm và 3 năm, lần lượt đạt bình quân 3,547% và 2,274%. Trong khi đó, kỳ hạn 3–5 năm và 5–7 năm ghi nhận mức giảm rõ rệt, với lợi suất trung bình lần lượt là 2,4829% và 2,6155%.
Các kỳ hạn trung và dài hạn tiếp tục thu hút sự quan tâm lớn nhất từ thị trường trong tháng 5. Ba kỳ hạn có giá trị giao dịch cao nhất là 10 năm (30,90%), 5 năm (14,36%) và nhóm 10–15 năm (14,02%). Khối ngân hàng thương mại duy trì vị thế dẫn đầu với tỷ trọng giao dịch outright và repos lần lượt chiếm 49,81% và 84,52% toàn thị trường.

Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Big Gain vừa công bố Nghị quyết của Người sở hữu trái phiếu, với nội dung quan trọng liên quan đến việc gia hạn kỳ hạn trái phiếu và sửa đổi điều khoản mua lại, đánh dấu bước tiến quan trọng trong chiến lược tài chính linh hoạt của doanh nghiệp giữa bối cảnh thị trường trái phiếu đang có nhiều biến động.

Giữa lúc lo ngại của giới đầu tư ngày càng gia tăng về tình hình tài chính công của Mỹ, Bộ trưởng Tài chính Scott Bessent đã trấn an thị trường bằng tuyên bố dứt khoát: “Hợp chủng quốc Hoa Kỳ sẽ không bao giờ vỡ nợ. Điều đó sẽ không bao giờ xảy ra”.
