Những trường hợp bị thu hồi, hủy sổ đỏ/sổ hồng đã cấp trong năm 2025
Trong năm 2025, việc thu hồi, hủy Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất (thực tế thường gọi là sổ đỏ/sổ hồng) được thực hiện theo quy định của Luật Đất đai năm 2024.
9 trường hợp bắt buộc đổi sổ đỏ, sổ hồng từ năm 2025 người dân cần phải biết
Theo quy định hiện hành, người sử dụng đất, chủ sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất không bắt buộc cấp đổi Giấy chứng nhận sang mẫu mới. Tuy nhiên có 9 trường hợp bắt buộc phải cấp đổi Giấy chứng nhận đã cấp (sổ đỏ, sổ hồng cũ).
Cập nhật mới nhất về tiến độ giải quyết hơn 81.000 căn nhà chưa có sổ hồng trên địa bàn TP.HCM
TP.HCM có 81.085 căn nhà thuộc 335 dự án đã được thẩm định đủ điều kiện cấp Giấy chứng nhận nhưng có vướng mắc thuộc 6 nhóm đã được phân nhóm, phân loại. Đến nay, Sở Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường đã thực hiện tháo gỡ khó khăn, vướng mắc cho 43.121/81.085 căn.
