Khu du lịch sinh thái và đô thị Bà Nà – Suối Mơ giai đoạn 1 đã hoàn thành
Dự án có quy mô 806ha, trong đó giai đoạn 1 của dự án đã được triển khai từ năm 2008 đến 2024. Giai đoạn 2, dự án sẽ xây dựng hàng loạt công trình như: hệ thống hơn 7.000 phòng khách sạn, các khu vui chơi, giải trí hiện đại, công trình dịch vụ - thương mại, bổ sung thêm 2 tuyến cáp treo mới nâng tổng số lên 10 tuyến, hệ thống nhà ga, hạ tầng kỹ thuật và các công trình phụ trợ đi kèm.
Tại chân núi Bà Nà, phân khu Khu du lịch sinh thái và đô thị Bà Nà – Suối Mơ sẽ bao gồm công viên giải trí, khu nhà ở thấp tầng, các dãy biệt thự ven triền núi, khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp và sân golf hiện đại. Tất cả được quy hoạch để kết nối liền mạch với Khu thương mại tự do Đà Nẵng.
Trên đỉnh núi Bà Nà, dự án mở rộng thêm nhiều hạng mục như khách sạn cao cấp, khu vui chơi giải trí trong nhà, nhà biểu diễn đa năng, khu vườn chủ đề và trung tâm hội nghị quốc tế.
Đặc biệt, Sun Group cũng khởi động tuyến cáp treo Bà Nà số 9, có chiều dài một chiều 5.879m, gồm 154 cabin với công suất vận chuyển 2.900 khách/giờ. Tuyến cáp mới này không chỉ bổ sung năng lực vận tải mà còn mang đến trải nghiệm cao cấp dành riêng cho những du khách lưu trú trên đỉnh núi.
Cùng ngày, Sun Group cũng khởi động Dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu chức năng vị trí số 5 thuộc Khu thương mại tự do Đà Nẵng.
Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư 800 tỷ đồng, được xem là nền móng để Đà Nẵng kiến tạo một mô hình phát triển mới, gắn kết giữa thương mại, logistics, du lịch và đô thị hiện đại.
Khu thương mại tự do Đà Nẵng được thành lập theo Quyết định số 1142/2025 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, với tổng diện tích khoảng 1.881ha, chia thành bảy khu vực đặt tại phường Liên Chiểu và xã Hòa Vang.
Trong cơ cấu này, Sun Group được trao biên bản ghi nhớ đầu tư vào các phân khu 5, 6 và 7, tổng quy mô khoảng 645ha. Ở phân khu số 5, tập đoàn sẽ tập trung phát triển nhiều hạng mục quan trọng như khu phức hợp nghỉ dưỡng, du lịch sinh thái, trung tâm y tế chất lượng cao, hệ thống cửa hàng miễn thuế, trung tâm mua sắm và các dịch vụ bổ trợ khác. Đây được kỳ vọng sẽ trở thành một điểm đến thương mại – du lịch mới, vừa phục vụ người dân địa phương, vừa thu hút du khách quốc tế.
Khi đi vào hoạt động, khu thương mại tự do sẽ từng bước biến Đà Nẵng thành một mắt xích quan trọng trong mạng lưới chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu, đồng thời thu hút mạnh mẽ các nhà đầu tư quốc tế. Cùng với đó, các dự án thuộc quần thể Khu du lịch sinh thái và đô thị Bà Nà – Suối Mơ sẽ hoàn thiện hệ sinh thái du lịch – nghỉ dưỡng đẳng cấp, đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng cao của du khách trong và ngoài nước.

Ông Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết, Chủ tịch UBND thành phố Đà Nẵng vừa ký Quyết định số 1175/QĐ-UBND chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư và nhà đầu tư đối với dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu chức năng tại vị trí số 5, thuộc Khu thương mại tự do Đà Nẵng.
